Art as a solution
Street Art is an effective way of overcoming graffiti on shop fronts, shutters and traffic boxes. However street art on walls requires planning permission.

The Department of Rural Affairs gave all participating Tidy Town groups funding in 2018. PVTT used this funding to brighten up the village with hanging baskets and art.
​
